SUMMARY:Talladega D-Day Matches
DESCRIPTION:The Civilian Marksmanship Program would like to invite you to join us for a very special match weekend event at the CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park in Talladega County\, Alabama. The matches will include a Garand Match\, Springfield Match and a Vintage Military Match commemorating the 81st anniversary of the Allied Forces D-Day landing at Normandy Beach.  We will also have a Garand Iron Match EIC Rifle Match\, Roosevelt Commemorative Match\, Benchrest Garand Match and the Carbine Match.  We will also have the popular Vintage Sniper Team Match where competitors may compete in the match twice in two different classes.  An As-Issued 1911 Pistol Match and Military & Police Pistol Match will also take place on both Friday & Saturday.  The popular M1 Maintenance Clinic and a GSM New Shooter Clinic with live fire will also be available. \n*Competitors that register & pay by May 15 will receive the commemorative D-Day Anniversary Match T-Shirt.  Competitors that register or pay after May 15 may purchase the D-Day T-Shirt at the event for $20.00 (plus tax).*

DESCRIPTION:The CMP Talladega Spring Classic will take place at the CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park. *A two-person Sporting Clays Match has also been added to the schedule.* \nThe event schedule has been designed to appeal to rifle and pistol enthusiasts alike in order to provide a variety of marksmanship opportunities to competitors from around the country.  Each firing point on the rifle range is equipped with a state-of-the-art\, KTS electronic target and scoring monitor.  Located beside the shooter\, on the firing line\, each monitor allows the competitor to see their shot value in a matter of seconds. \n*Pistol Matches will be fired on paper turning targets\, not electronic targets. \nJoin us for the Talladega Spring Classic at the country’s most advanced marksmanship park!

DESCRIPTION:Alabama Trail Shoot #1 is back at CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park\, where we’re thrilled to host our 2026 Monthly Tournaments. Our February Tournament marks the beginning of the year’s events. Don’t miss our 15-Station Shotgun Loop\, featuring 100 NSCA-registered targets that will test your skills. We’re also offering Back to Class Payback awards\, a great way to spend $100.00. For an additional $60.00\, you can participate in a second sporting clays event\, which also includes 100 NSCA-registered targets and Back to Class Awards. If you need to warm up\, we have a 25-Target 5-Stand available for $12.50. Golf carts are only $15.00\, or you can bring your own.
